You are able to send general emails to candidates without having to leave the Toggl Hire platform.

To do so, click on the candidate that you wish to email and then click on the "Email" button.

❗Email templates modified here will not be auto-saved for future use; therefore, we recommend that if you wish to send this same email to other candidates, you first create a template for it. To do so, click on "Manage templates" → create a new template → return to the candidate, and select the template from the dropdown.
