Oftentimes, you have several qualified candidates applying for a job but of course, they can't all be hired. If you open a similar role, you can search for these candidates using the Global Candidate feature. This will allow you to search all candidates across your entire workspace using filters to easily bring these candidates to the surface.
To search for candidates, click on the "All Candidates" tab from the left side of the dashboard.
Clicking on a candidate will open their test result.
Here you can:
search by the candidate's name, email, or job title
filter your list by: date applied, country, score, tags, stars, and notes
perform bulk actions: invite to a new job, add tags, send email, and download PDF
