We understand the value of time. With bulk actions, users can cut down on the time spent completing day-to-day tasks.
When viewing the candidates in the pipeline, you can select multiple candidates by clicking on the checkbox beside the candidate's name or select all candidates by clicking on the checkbox below the steps test name.
Once the candidates have been selected, click on the dropdown menu beside the top checkbox. You are able to complete the following bulk actions:
Email candidates
Reject candidates
Move candidates to a different pipeline step
Invite candidates to another test within the same job
Download candidate tests in PDF
Delete candidates
