As more candidates start coming in, you may consider setting a custom threshold to your test to automate feedback and get a better overview of top-performing candidates.

Setting a percentage to pass will create 2 feedback screens - one for candidates above the threshold and the other for the ones below the threshold. You can customize them separately.

To set this up, open your job and click on the test you'd like to update:

Under the Test settings, you'll be able to add your desired passing threshold.
