The out of time tag is added on a candidate card when a candidate takes a test and the time runs out without a test submission. This occurs when a candidate starts a test, closes the browser tab where they have the test open, and then the time runs out.

Note that if a candidate runs out of time with the test still open, it will be auto-submitted and their results will still appear.
