Evaluating candidates is a team effort - you can use notes to share your thoughts and mention team members (by typing @ and their email) to notify them.

And independently for each free text or coding question:

To mention someone, type @ and select their name from the dropdown. They will receive an email notification with the content of the note and a link to it.
