Once a candidate completes their async interview, you can view it by opening the candidate's test results and then clicking on the Async Interview test.

Review each video response and rate the answer. If you decide to not proceed with this candidate, you can reject them directly from this screen by clicking on the reject button. Additionally, you may provide feedback to the candidate regarding their videos by clicking on the "Give Feedback" button.
