Toggl Hire doesn’t currently offer a traditional talent pool, but we’re working on features to help match candidates with job opportunities. Through the Candidate Portal, candidates can opt-in to receive potential job offers based on their skills, though this functionality is still evolving. While it's not a fully developed talent pool, we're building towards better talent recommendations in the future.

So this means when your test is ready, you need to either invite candidates vie email or by sharing the link or use the test url as an application link when you post your job.
