You can hide the score from the text by editing the text on the test results page.

Open your test and then navigate to Job settings → Click on the Skill Test → Test results page → Edit and delete You got [TestScore]! from the text.

If you'd like to disable the score chart, you need to upgrade to our Premium Plan.
