Creating a branded Careers Page in Toggl Hire is a simple way to show off your open roles and company culture, all in one spot. This guide walks you through setting it up step-by-step, so you can start attracting top talent with confidence.

Create and Prepare a Job Post

To get started, head to the Jobs tab and open the position you’d like to feature on your Careers Page. Make sure the job posting is fully set up:

  • In the Job Description tab, write a compelling summary, add details about the role, location, and work setup (remote, hybrid, or on-site).

  • In the Application form tab, include all necessary questions you want candidates to answer.

Once everything looks good, click Share in the top right corner and select "Add to careers page."

⚠️ Note: Publishing your Careers Page is only available on paid plans. Free and trial accounts won’t be able to set the page live.

Customize Your Careers Page

In the Careers tab, it’s time to bring your page to life:

  • Add a cover image

  • Write a short intro that highlights your company’s mission, culture, and what makes you awesome to work with

This is your chance to make a strong first impression.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and choose which jobs to add to your careers page.

Go Live

When you’re happy with how things look, click Publish in the top right. You’ll get a live link to your new Careers Page (e.g. yourcompany.togglhire.com). You can also hit Edit URL if you want to personalize it.

Once published, you’ll see a confirmation that your page is live — ready to be shared anywhere.

What Candidates Will See

Candidates visiting your page will find:

  • Your company intro and branding at the top

  • A list of all published job openings below

  • When they click a job, they’ll see the description and application form you’ve already set up

Make Changes Anytime

Want to tweak something later? You can:

  • Edit or remove job listings

  • Update the intro text or cover image

  • Unpublish the page if needed

All of this is done from the Careers tab.

That’s it! ✨

You now have a professional, branded Careers Page that makes it easier to attract and convert great candidates.
