Changes to the Candidate Portal

We’ve made some updates to the Toggl Hire Candidate Portal and we want to keep you in the loop.

What’s changing?

Starting June 2025, the Practice Tests feature will no longer be available in the Candidate Portal. This means candidates will no longer be able to:

  • Sign up just to practice skills

  • Take self-assessment or practice tests

Why the change?

As Toggl Hire continues to grow, we're focusing our efforts on improving the experience for candidates applying to job opportunities. By streamlining the Candidate Portal to focus solely on job applications, we can deliver a better, more reliable experience for everyone using Toggl Hire.

What can I still do in the Candidate Portal?

You’ll still be able to:

  • View and track the status of any applications you’ve submitted through Toggl Hire

  • Access past assessments you’ve completed as part of job applications

Do I need to do anything?

No action is required on your part. If you’ve previously used the Candidate Portal only for practice tests, your account will remain active, but practice testing will no longer be available.

Don’t want to keep your account?

If you no longer wish to keep your Toggl Hire candidate portal account, you can delete your account at any time. Here's how:
