Overview
As part of ongoing improvements to Toggl Hire, test links in the format https://hire.toggl.com/c/{jobSlug} will no longer work starting February 18th, 2025. This change enhances the functionality of links.
If you created tests before September 12, 2024 and still use those test links, they may stop functioning. We recommend updating your links as soon as possible to prevent disruptions.
Why Is My Link No Longer Working?
Prior to this update, links in the format https://hire.toggl.com/c/{jobSlug} automatically redirected to the first test in the job opening pipeline. Starting February 18th, 2025, this behavior will be discontinued, and these links will not function.
What Should I Do?
To ensure your links remain functional:
Locate Your Job Openings in Toggl Hire:
Go to the job opening pipeline in your workspace.
Copy Updated Links:
For job descriptions: Copy the direct link to the job description.
For tests: Copy the direct link to each test from the pipeline.
Replace the Old Links:
Update any job postings, email templates, or documentation where the old links were used.

1. What happens if I don’t update my links?
Any links in the old format will stop working after February 18th, 2025, and users will not be able to access tests or job openings via these links.
2. Can I still use the old link format to create new links?
No. As of September 12, 2024, it has not been possible to create links in the old format.
3. How do I know if I have old links?
If your links include https://hire.toggl.com/c/{jobSlug}, they are using the old format. If unsure, go ahead and replace them!
