The Free and Starter plans are limited to the number of jobs they can have open/active. The free plan has 1 active job, while the starter plan includes 3 active jobs. An active job means you can be hiring for that position at that time.

On the starter plan, you can always close a job opening to open another.

For example, let's say you have 3 positions you are hiring for: Tech Lead, Growth Manager, and Frontend Developer. If you finish hiring the Tech Lead, you can close that job and then reopen another for your next position you are hiring for.

Note that when you close a job, you can still view candidates in those roles. However, there are some restrictions on closed jobs- See more here.

If you need to be hiring for more than 3 positions at once, you can upgrade to the premium plan which includes unlimited job openings.
