To cancel your subscription, navigate to your account settings by clicking on the gear icon on the left side of the screen and then selecting the 'Plans and Billing' tab.

Click on 'Downgrade to Free' in the Free plan column.

Once your subscription is cancelled, all active jobs will automatically be closed and your candidate data will only be accessible for 30 days.

Candidates will no longer be able to take your test(s) in jobs that have been closed. The pipeline view of your closed jobs will be restricted to "read-only" and candidate actions will be restricted.

Any legacy pricing will be lost upon cancellation.
